Feed suggestion...?

@casportpony What is the dose amount for DiMethox to treat for coccidiosis?

When they have coccidiosis it can tear up their intestines which doesn't allow them to absorb the proper nutrition form the feed, which can cause different problems.

Sometimes the damage caused can be healed, sometimes it can not.

Which one? The injectable, the solution, or the powder?

Thanks!

I have this one on hand for goats (who have actually never needed it)

You can try the amounts listed that @KikisGirls posted or you can give it orally. When I give it orally I give 0.18 ml per pound of body weight.
Orally like this sounds way better.
This is how I would give it, then you know for sure how much each birds gets.
When mixing with water it is anyones guess on how much each bird takes in.

But if you read the OPs last post on page one, after the fecal sample, the problem wasn't coccidiosis.
I don't know what state the OP lives in but I would send another sample to the state animal diagnostic lab. Likely there is a bacterial infection or even viral.

Why would the vet recommend using the DiMethox then?
Something doesn't make sense.
Does DiMethox treat other "things" too?
I am not familiar with this stuff at all.
