Summary?
Once again, more than 10% moisture - that's to be avoided for a host of reasons, but does not necessarily indicate a problem at the factory.

Protein: 15.6% (As fed / 17.7% Dry Weight) - This is low, even with the extra moisture, but not critically low, just low over the long term. Its a little lower than the label guarantee.

Fat: 3.16 / 3.56% - Right where we would expect and desire to see

Fiber 8.0 / 9.1% - This is higher than I like to see, and again, [just] exceeds the label disclosure.

Digestible Energy 11.63 mJ/kg - within acceptable range. You may have noticed some birds are said to eat more of this than other brands' "layer" feeds - between the slightly low protein and the slightly low energy, a bird trying to meet its needs will eat more.

and what we wanted to see??

Aflatoxins. All below detectable limits. - no issues there.

Special thanks to @Aunt Angus for payiing to get this done.

and for purposes of clarity, I'm assuming the factory intent is to produce feed at 9% moisture. Anything under 10% is "dried" and suited for preservation generally.

At that level, protein would have been 16.1% (just meeting label), but fiber would have been 8.3% - in excess of the label guarantee's "Max" Fiber.
