After some research, she needs carbs (gain weight) and protein (build muscle), for the most 'bang for the buck' millet and beef is one answer. Unlike corn that needs crushing first and has sharp edges and may cause crop blockage, millet is small and round, so it can easily pass the crop. The plus side, she really likes millet.
