Will the person giving the feedback be anonymous or will that person be shown? I think if the person is shown then it may cause problems. I just wouldnt want anyone to get mad and then try and get revenge...somehow....Just my thoughts.

Just like ebay (who is the king of all things transactional and buyer/seller feedback related) you need the validity of the reviewer's name with the feedback... otherwise it becomes a free for all with no way to validate if the reviews were real or if one person was just posting 50 neg. reviews for one transaction.
