We are putting our final touches on the chicken yard, but i have one question. Do you put the feeder and waterer in the house or in the run?

the run. But we bring the food and water in at night, because when we leave it out there foxes and racoons break into the run to eat the food.

Well I started putting the food in the coop. The reason for this was the god awful smell from my run when it rained. I would take the food in at night, but the residual feed that was pushed out of the feeder would rot when it got wet. And you can imagine that smell, yup not good.So now all feed goes in the coop and I keep the water outside until winter then I'll move that inside too.
