Feeders for fermented feed

How do you feed it to your flock?? I have 10 young chicks, how can I feed fermented feed to them when they grow up?? How many feeders do 10 chicks need?can I leave a feeder of dry out there and feed them ff twice a day on a pie plate????

This is what we use for our adult flock. It's a 3' piece of vinyl rain gutter (don't use galvanized metal, it will rust). I recently attached the wooden end pieces, but for months it was just the bare gutter on the ground and it worked great:
