OMG SO CUTEIt seems to be a Boston thing. When they really want something they'll stare right into your eyes, shiver, and look so sad. haha
Reminds of this photo. This was Sissy's begging face.

I will say 8 years for a bully is in my experience an older dog so arthritis is commonI've always fed kubble. My Golden lived to be 15 and was in good health until at the very end his kidneys failed and we had him euthanized. I don't understand why kibble gets a bad rap. My Sheltie, Gracie, had food allergies when she was young and had seizures. We got her on TOTW bison/venison (kibble) and she never had another seizure. She lived to 13. We are currently feeding the same formula to another Golden, Jenny, and another Sheltie, Sammy. They are 3 and 5 (6?), respectively and in robust health. I have a friend who feeds raw, her dog is suffering from arthritis in hips and back and weighs about 40 lbs. He's a bully breed and is about 8 yo.
