Feeding Dogs!

They could get out accidentally though or stolen. But I understand if you don’t want to. It’s personal choice.

There is a very busy 4-lane Highway just beyond my tree line and a 7-11 just down the road to the right. People and dogs walk past all the time. I'm trusting them to stay where I left them.

X2
$20 yearly for a intact male x 10 years is $200.
Exactly!
and the Australian dollar is worth 2/3 of the US dollar so that is even cheaper
Oh wow

For me personally that would be even more reason to do it because they could go out to the road and get hit or stolen by all those people so close. BUT! Like I said, I get it if you don’t want to and I’m not trying to convince you to. I’m just saying for me personally. That’s awesome if yours stay. Brew would not.

Thanks. They are trained to stay there. I have also never walked them beyond the treeline, so they just don't go there; we always leave the yard in the car. After losing a very special cat to the road, my daughter trained the cat's only kitten to not go beyond the treeline by simply spraying her gently with the hose. The cat would sit by that big gumtree in the afternoon waiting for my daughter to come home from school. The cat lived to 16yrs.

Ok I don't understand what government has to do with chipping or the fact dogs do run away but that's just me I guess
Local governments have a very controlling business model. I'm not saying dogs don't run away. Who are these people to be telling anyone how to care for or what to do with their own pets? I'm sure many dogs do run off if given the right circumstances.

They require it there!? It’s optional here
