One of my neighbors has 2 indoor/outdoor cats that I sometimes pet sit and what they did was get these collar things. They said they have been working great.

That’s cool too, how would that keep them from killing birds though? It just limits their mobility? Or does it make noise?

That makes sense. That catbib is really cool! I had never seen it before. Do you think it would impede their ability to run away quickly or up a tree if they had to?

Some reviewers have said it doesn't stop them from jumping and doing normal cat things.

It makes them more visible to the birds. They said they still catch just as many mice/rats but the amount of birds they catch is almost 0 now

Well i know earlier this year we were waiting for our appointment and ended up switching vets(the newer vet we will stick with). But we got warning after warning because they were a bit late on their rabies. But that was from the town.

You and everyone one else here must have some really annoying vets My vet (the one I used to work at) has never been like that with any of my pets or any other clients that I have seen. If you don’t want to vaccine them, then that’s your choice. They do push rabies and parvo, but don’t require anything.

Mine dont push vaccines.
Rabies is required by law. So our town was sending us letters and the town cop checked in multiple times.
