All of my dogs have always been fully vaccinated, we have never had issues with it. But again I do a lot of research on what vaccines I will give, there's a few I won't but they aren't any of the "core" vaccines.

We have stray cats and so many loose dogs (owners dont care) .When we lived north, we didn't apply flea/tick either. Even though we lived in the woods, I would perform tick checks nightly and just pick them off. Fleas were never an issue. Here, fleas are atrociously a problem. People let their cats roam the neighborhood all the time, they walk through yards, jump fences - just an all around nuisance. I never understood why people think it's ok to let their cats roam around that way. The vet said, if cats roam through your yard, you will never be rid of fleas.
I wish i knew why. So many in our town leave their dogs out and dont care for them properly.Cats are a nuisance, but free roaming dogs are a real problem given their unpredictability to attack. Why can't people just have respect for fellow neighbors and contain their animals. Drives me crazy.
I'm sorry, what for? My dog doesn't have any digestion issues. That does sounds like it might good idea for dogs that do have digestion issues though.Squawkers
I am a foster home for dogs awaiting adoption. I have had a couple that had very bad digestion problems. I would suggest letting your dog fast for 30 hours. Water only, no treats. Then give him the Taste of the Wild (Diamond product). Half of the daily amount. Feed him twice a day rather than once a day.

Some breeds are prone to have bloat such as St Bernard's and Basset hounds .Sounds like your dogs eating too much kibble too fast and drinking too much water after he eats.I suggest feeding 2 meals a day and not allowing him to eat a lot at one time. Bloat is extremely dangerous. It causes twisting of the intestines and bowel obstruction in the worst casesI know! I would love if OP could weigh in on it.
It's funny because I, as a human, eat very healthily and try to avoid excessive carbs. I eat a diet with high protein, moderate healthy fat, and low-moderate carb (with most of my carbs coming from fruits, veggies, and whole grains). So it's funny that I feed my dog the equivalent of hot pocketsBut really, high protein upsets his stomach.
