I have noticed since I started feeding my chicks the fermented food their feathers are looking oilier now. Is this them just growing up some or is it the fermented food making them look like this. Seems like they have gotten much darker but it just could be due to the oilier look to the feathers. ??? I'm new to chickens so I have no clue. They're over 2 months old now but not sure just how much older since I'm not at my calender. ;-)
