Feeding Raspberry

Is it safe to feed five week old chickens raspberries and strawberries?

That shouldn't be a problem, as long as they have access to grit in order to break it down in their crops. Just make sure you are only giving extras as small snacks and the majority of their diet is chicken feed.

Also, be certain that the fruit is not molding. Mold kills birds.

Thanks for the info! I bought them a couple of days ago and figured I ask the question before feeding them because I know there are some fruits you shouldn't give them but couldn't remember if raspberry/strawberries were one of them.
