feeding turkeys & chickens together

So I've ended up with a lost-and-found turkey..... a young Royal Palm hen (thanks to the fine folks here at BYC for helping me ID her!).

I've got laying hens - chickens - and now one turkey. So do I need to buy a different kind of food for the turkey or can she just eat the layer crumbles that I have out for the chickens? I have NO idea how I'd keep the two foods separated, all my animals free range so there's no way for me to keep the chickens out of turkey food or vice versa.

Also, can the turkey safely eat the kitchen scraps that I put out for my chooks?
