Feeding wheat to 3-4 week chicks

https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/chick-starter-recipe.1120044/
The first post in this will have a link to an excellent recipe for homemade chick starter that is complete.
I hope you will consider making it, or adding something else besides just wheat, so they can have what they need for a long productive life.
I also saw alot of articles where some people did feed their chicks layer food, or mixed in some layer food with stuff like chick scratch, as the reason you aren't supposed to feed layer food to chicks is because it has too much calcium for the babies kidneys to handle, bit if you were to mix it with other things it of course lowers it.
Hope that helps :)

I live in small city in Iran and all I could find was layer feed and pigeon feed.
I couldn't find any chick started on the internet too. (thanks to US, economy is ****ed up)

are you saying it is okay to feed them regular wheat(whit grit) on 3-4 weeks age?
Do you have access to fish? Also, do you have adequate electricity at night to run a light over brooder when placed outside to attract insects? Bean / legume meal would also be good. Mixing in a little ground spice that has lots of color can help with A vitamins.
