Feels like Autumn here in Massachusetts :)

It is my FAVORITE SEASON !!
So I don't mind if it is chillier now. We had enough heat so far, not really bad enough to complain.
But I have to finish getting this back yard done and the new coop up before Winter! It was just too hot for me to do it all alone.

I LOVE the leaves falling and color change. The crisp evenings sitting on the deck with Hot tea and a blanket around you all snuggled in.

Think I will go out and buy some newer nice chairs for the deck this year. I just scored a nice 3'x3' teak table and put my umbrella in the middle. Now need chairs. The chairs i have are beach Adarondack (SP) and they are too low and lean too far back.

Who else love Fall / Autumn ?

I am looking forward to cooler weather! Today we are under a heat alert in the Sacramento Valley. It will be as high as 110 and humid for here.


Hopefully this will be the last heat wave for us!

It finally feels decent out there! I have been building my coop for over a month and am so happy to have better weather to finish it up!

Hey, no bragging on the cooler temps now, it's still over 100 here

I'm looking forward to cooler temps too. Remember when you'd leave for school in the morning and you could smell the cool air, there's dew on the grass, the leaves are beginning to turn...miss that! Fall is also my favorite time of year...it means I get to spend time outside again finally.

When i was a kid i loved looking for colorful leaves on the ground. I took them to mom. I think i will call her to talk.

Of course it is drizzling just enough to keep the paint from drying in the work shop. Still in the 60s today!

I'm so jealous! I am so looking forward to going to the mountains of N. Carolina in October, like my hubby and I do every year. Autumn is my favorite season. Its just unfortunate we don't see much of it here, in S. Florida.

I used to have 4 pairs of Chameleons! Even had babies once, they were amazing!
