feet and ankles swollen

I have an adult chicken, who has started limping around, both feet and ankles are swollen, she doesn't let it stop her. Thought it was bumble foot but when looking at it it doesn't look like any of the pictures that I've seen. Her feet are hard, not soft , no black spots, any idea what it could be?

How old is she? My brother has a hen that's going on six and she has arthritis. With the weather being damp lately, maybe she's feeling stiff?
