Hey, E.H. I forbore to comment: Australia is approaching an insane zenith of regulation. Just in the last fortnight I've found out that it's illegal to disconnect the immobiliser on your car, and to have an unmicrochipped cat. So my first thought was, 'Gawd! Am I gonna find out that these things are unobtainable or expensive -- if you get a free cat, it will cost you $400 to get it legal.
