are they in a run? how much space do they have to get away from each other? are there lots of hiding places?

They have a run and a very large pen area with a pool area. No hiding places. Hmmm.

Do you have a few feeding dishes and water areas ?
I have a few that fight here and there but nothing crazy
My girls don’t like to share the crates for laying eggs and find 2 argue over the same crate
My boys never get involved

All 6 feed from the same pan for their fermented feed. Lots of different water dishes.
Yah, our drake does not get involved. Wish he would!
But now I'm wondering if I should put out two pans of feed instead of just the one.

I have 3 but have 19 ducks and a goose
I find my flock goes in clicks and eating they seem to ho in the 3 separate dishes

I have 4 out with 21 waterfowl and 11 chickens it's always a good idea to have more than one feeding station.

If one is getting beat up and has a limp, that one needs to be separated and better if it's 2 together so one doesn't get depressed being alone. I have Muscovy and I have one in a dog crate inside the coop right now because she was picking on her sister when I put them in the coop last night. Females can be temperamental and other than separation or rehoming there isn't much else we can do.

I too am dealing with girls gone wild when in the pen at night the last couple days. I'm wondering if it's a who's the flock boss situation cause one who has that sort of attitude is usually in the midst of the fight and one of the other ducks (sometimes the actual flock boss) will break it up and chastise the offender. I end up having to put the instigator or the one getting bullied by others in a large crate within the pen. While it was open they'd still bicker through the bars but when it was closed no more.
