Female Indian Runner Duck Medical Question [Urgent!!!]

Victor runs away from them anytime i put them in the tub with them. lol

Neurological events like this happen in all kinds of animals, and it sounds like this was the case. Usually this is genetic, and there is no real cure, just prevention - the leading theory is that any kind of stress can bring on the cramps/paralysis. Since we are in summer, I would say heat is a leading stressor right now in general. Usually these disorders are are more common in certain breeds not a species as a whole. Not all individuals will have the problem, most can live normal lives if they do have the problem. Usually not passing the trait on in the gene pool is advised. Not sure if the runner duck as a breed is more susceptible or not. Scottish terriers are a dog breed known to have this type of issue (scottie cramp), and of course there are the famous fainting goats.
