The hawk flew off and ducks all went into pond. I counted 20 that looked and seemed fine until I put them away that evening and seen a small scruffed area on her neck but otherwise was acting and perfectly good. Now this. My husband believes it was another attack. I separated her and gave mutts drench as that’s all I have. Made some grits and oatmeal and trying to get her to drink. Plan on going to tractor supply in a.m for antibiotics or electrolytes. Otherwise I may bath her if she gets thru the night.

Oh dear, poor girl.

Glad you have her inside. She needs to be quiet and calm. If she is distressed on her own, perhaps bring a buddy inside to join her.
cleaning up the wound with saline -- 1 tablespoon in a cup of previously boiled and cooled water but do nto get it in her eyes. Only use 1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of previously boiled and cooled water for eyes

You might use veterycin spray on the wounds. I would not give antibiotics at the moment.
If she is not eating well, use pedialyte solution -- it is electrolyets but also contains glucose that will provide her with some calories. You can get pedialyte either in liquid form in cartons or sachets to mix with water at home, from your local supermarket/pharmacy.

Things to watch out for:
Shock -- becoming withdrawn and not eating of drinking. Keep in quiet, warm, darkened place offer pedialyte solution frequently -- hold a cup near her bill every 15 minutes

Infection -- locally red and perhaps discharge from the wound. Flush the wound with saline and swab away any pus/discharge frequently consider using neosporin triple antibiotic ointment

Infection -- generally: really needs a vet; if not try and buy Baytril for birds: dose 10-15mg per kg weight, orally, twice a day for 3-5 days. You might find it at a pet store or on line

Good luck and keep us in the loop on how she gets on.

As for the hawk attacks -- can you use a sail cloth to shade the ducks from the sight of hawks? You mgiht have to restrict the area they can forage in, but better reduced foraging and safe!!!

-- generalized with malaise, fever and loss of interest in food.
