Females or males???(more pics)

this is peepers, its an Ameraucana, and we can't figure out of its a boy or girl, he's about 2 1/2 months:

this is buttercup, she's a buff cochin, and about 6 months, we are also lost on her gender:

I think all girls, but I don't know anything about silkies. I'd think the last two should start laying now.

Ok, I have had a few drinks but the first two look like boys to me, especially the EE. I know nothing of silkies.

ETA: I just relooked. I'm wondering what is making the PP's think the first two are hens?????? Those are roo's.

I would think for a 10 week old chicken, if a rooster, the comb/wattle would be much more noticeable? Also the feathering looks pullet vs. cockerel to me. My EE pullets have an erect tail like this EE.

the buff cochin - any eggs yet? any crows? Feathering and comb/wattle look like a girl to me, but why no eggs yet @ 6 months?

the silkie - i have absolutely no idea
