Fenbendazole and miconazole at same time. Is that OK?

I have a hen who was diagnosed with roundworms (fecal float test). I gave her Fenbendazole (SafeGuard goat wormer). The second dose (at 10 days) is due tomorrow.
In the meantime her crop blocked up and she got sour crop (I wasn’t sure I would know how to diagnose it but the yeast smell is unmistakable!).
I started miconazole and crop massage. I think things are improving but we are not out of the woods yet.
Anyway, I am only half way through the 7 day course of miconazole.
What should I do tomorrow?
- I could give her second dose of worming medicine and continue the miconazole - ie give both at the same time
- I could skip a day of miconazole (I am worried those yeasts will come back in force!)
- I could skip the wormer and do another dose after the miconazole treatment is finished (but I think the 10 days is timed for the roundworm’s life cycle so that may not be so good)
Does anyone have any experience of this?
Thanks!
