I just wanted to share some pictures of the silkie rooster I got today. A family had him, but were unable to keep him after having him over a year. He was dropped off today and it's actually my first time having a silkie.
They said he is going through a molt, which it looks to me like he is. He has some spots where feathers are looking to grow in. I am putting him with my birds after about a month of quarantine.
I just wanted to share some pictures of him. I've already been able to see some of his personality, he is definitely a goof.
Also does anyone know what color he would be considered? Someone said porcelain, but I am not sure. He's got a really light tan color on his back and neck. He is a very sweet boy
