Fermented Barley - higher protein?

Curious if fermenting grains increases the protein levels? Specifically barley... Does anyone have a nutrient comparison chart?
 
No, fermentation will not increase the proteins in fact proteins (more impotently amino acids) decreases along with other nutrition like B vitamins during only 24 hours of fermenting.
You will increase Carbs and Soluble Sugars which would decrease there feed intake and in turn limit there over all nutritional intake.
