Fermented Feed And "Magic Water" for Baby Turkeys.

I am hatching turkeys in my incubator and im watching Justin Rhodes wich uses Fermented Feed And "Magic water" for his turkeys. The Magic water boosts their immune system wich would be good since baby turkeys don't have that good of a immune system when their small and easily die.
He uses it, but never explains how to make it, it would be plenty helpful to know for when my chicks will hatch in 1 week!

Magic Water Recipe:
1 Quart warm water
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1/4 cup of honey

The magic water is good for anyone really even humans! help sick chickens and baby ones.
