I'm just wondering what benefits everyone has actually seen in their chickens while feeding FF...

So far my yolks have been bigger and my OE is consistently laying (she was an every other day layer, now it's every day). They also seem to tolerate the hot weather (90-99 degrees F) a lot better even though I have been giving them watermelon in the afternoon. My chicks are really digging FF and get really excited as soon as they hear the house door open in the morning.

I'm hoping to see more benefits as I continue this FF journey.

My birds feathers are always super shiny and lustrous. But that could just be healthy birds. Food goes much further. There isn’t food in the run constantly to attract rodents. Them girls clean their trough. But I don’t have a before comparison because ever since my first flock were a couple weeks old I’ve been ff-ing

I separated my FF eggs and non FF eggs. It was insane the difference in the yolks. They're way bigger and actually have a better taste plus less sulfur egg smell.. maybe I'm just imagining things :gig

Nope, this is FF truth, right here! Even in the week and some I've noticed the same! My hubby was actually a little put off our chicken eggs vs. Store bought because the yolk flavor was so intense but he's a convert now!

In addition my ladies are eating their feed with more enthusiasm, their feathers look improved, my feed is lasting way longer and I think they're even getting along better (I admit that last one could be total coincidence :gig)

I just ate two eggs over easy and I feel like these eggs are better than last week. I will never touch store eggs, I honestly can't even stand the smell of them cooking, think us chicken "tenders" are spoiled

They definitely don't waste the FF like they do their crumbles. I feed it in dog bowls, and they don't spill it or make a mess with it. They eat every bit of it.

My hens are not eating it as much as I'd like them too, but it is really hot here so I assume it's due to heat. The chicks don't waste it and eat every bit of it, I give them crumble and FF, they choose FF every time. I have ducklings coming in on the 31st so hopefully they'll like it too.
