I don't know know about baking with duck eggs.....wouldn't you worry about them making your cookies quack???   That is a lot of eggs......

That's bad! hahaha That is a lot of eggs. If anybody had the market for them, I have read that they sell for more than chicken eggs -sounds good to me! I also wonder about the spent... ducks. What in the world would be the best way to cook them...? I wonder how long they will lay...?

Mine do love apples, and some orchards over hear will sell "deer" apples really cheap. They do get scrambled eggs occasionally if I can keep my Great Pyr away from them.....
