TW, unfortunately guns, even bb guns and air rifles, are illegal to fire here. Crossbows too. But know what isn't? Longbows. XD Which I just happen to shoot... Albeit poorly. So over the fall I had a 30 yard archery range in my back yard for a bit and you could hear the arrows thunking into the fence sometimes! SO promised that for our anniversary next year we would go to southern Ohio and hunt wild turkey if I can get my draw weigh up to 40lbs. <3 Such a lucky lady I am!

Bee, while Id love to join you... And I honestly would! Movings not in the immediate future. Otherwise Id be all over that!

Ohhh ChocolateMouse, we'd never shoot a BB gun or a crossbow, neeever! LOL Ya know, shooting a bow is something I have never done much of. I believe that is something I need to learn. Maybe I'll do that this next year.

A longbow is a real challenge to use. I hope you master it CM. A turkey hunt would be awesome with that. I got my husband's crossbow after he graduated to a compound bow. His goal is to be able to hunt with a longbow one day.
