Funny, isn't it? The whole world stressin' and moiling about in crazy activity, worrying about this or that and we are sitting here groovin' on peace and calm, standing on the Rock.  I'll never get used to that because I used to be one of those ants on that there anthill, moving about in pointless activity and worrying about the inconsequential.  The problem with winning the rat race is that...you're still a rat. 

Praise God that I'm not running that race any longer and have started a different kind of race!  e

I have got to hit that reset button on some of my stressing but I quit stressing on the worldly crap a good while ago. And was it a wonderful divorce from the world. I came out way on top! lol

Switched out of the cooler and back to the bucket now that my feed is back in the house for the winter.  I didn't want to invest almost $50 in a heated bucket and my other heated bucket is being used for the dog's water, so back in the bedroom it is.  No worries...it worked out just great last year and it even helped that the feed was nice and warm/room temp on those cold mornings. 

I'm glad to get the bulk of that big ol' cooler out of my room!   Oh, blue FF bucket, it's good to have you back.....     <<<<<bursts into song.....>>>>>>>>

On another note, my FF bucket has been in my dining room in the corner since late October and has a real deep ferment a goin'. Haven't had an issue with odour and trust me, if there were an odour, the wife would have the pail thrown out with me right behind it !

On another note, here are some pics of my 7 month old BA, Rodney. He was the one that had developed a sneeze about 2 weeks after he came here... Now I hear no sneeze and his feathers have turned out to be quite shiny since being on FF. I had before pics when he first arrived but I can't seem to find them ... I wanted to show comparison of before and after FF... I'm convinced the FF has made is feathers the way they are today; when I first brought him home he had dull looking feathers and a much paler comb than what he has now after being on FF for about 2 months.

If by learning deficiency you mean you can't correct him from bad behaviour, I had the same issue with this punk... But after he came at me once I knocked him upside the back of the head with a broom handle and he now gives me a wide berth when I'm out doing chores. He'll either learn that I'm the alpha around here or it'll be curtains for his sorry butt !
