Well, it sounds and looks like you are doing an excellent job with them! Congratulations on that! You'll be amazed at just how much meat is on these birds compared to a regular DP bird and they fill up a freezer very quickly. Each one also feeds a family of 4 for a couple of meals, so well worth the time and energy to do these meat birds.

My first FF meaties, 7 weeks old yesterday. What do you think Bee? Be honest, KK? Others chip in too, thanks guys!

This look about the same size as mine which will b 8wks this week. I processed one yesterday, it was about 5lbs 4ounces. Fed FF since wk 4 when I learnt about it here. It was soooooo tasty. Thanks Bee for n everyone else here for the info.
