I do not see a definitive bullseye at all on that egg.

If you are looking to incubate eggs, I would wait a few more weeks or up to a month before you put them in the incubator.

I'm not sure of your flock dynamics like how many Cockerels/roosters and pullets/hens. Waiting a little bit longer would probably be best because I do not see a definite fertile egg.

I agree and this pic really helps.

I only incubate eggs that show a definitive bullseye. I hate having to remove infertile eggs so I make sure I don't put any in the bator.

Great link and the first picture that is on that link under infertile looks exactly like the egg in discussion.
