Another thing; return requests require you to return the defective item without having damaged it further. Like, you can't get a clock, smash it with a hammer, then send it back. You can't get a candy bar, eat half of it, then send it back.
Pretty sure that having stored the eggs in an incubator for a month and having likely thrown them out because they're rotting makes it impossible for the person in question to return it in relatively the same state it arrived in. 9_9
In case they get nit-picky with you about wanting to "return" their item.
