That is an idea, the cochins are pretty fertile. I will try opening some and see. I did this back when I first got into all this buyt it has been a while since I had to even worry abot fertility. I had several silkie roos but I let them all go when I got this guy. I am thinking now that was a mistake but I wanted him to establish himself as the head roo. Anyway I hope to find that he figured out what to do since shipping yours but we will have to see. And like I told you before, I will be glad to replace the silkie eggs in spring for shipping and will work with anyone else that I sent silkie eggs to as well. I can assure you that I make good on my word and have established a good reputation here so I would not want to jeopardize that. Thanks for all the helpful advice and I will check back.
