Thanks for picking it up and good luck with it. Nice to know that there is a fellow animal saver just a few counties away!

Currently all I have is 20% all flock. But if it's indeed a meat bird I'll get some meat bird feed.If you I have any, feed him higher protein feed so he can build muscle.
I don’t know how similar freedom rangers are to Cornish x, but you might not want to feed him meat bird feed. It might make him grow unhealthily fast. The 20% all flock is probably just right.Currently all I have is 20% all flock. But if it's indeed a meat bird I'll get some meat bird feed.
Ok, I'll just stick with the flock raiser. If it is a meat bird I'm not sure what I'll do. maybe it can just live it's life happily as a fat birdI don’t know how similar freedom rangers are to Cornish x, but you might not want to feed him meat bird feed. I hope it's a RIR. Save me a lot of decision making if it's a meat bird. It doesn't do anything but sit in front of its food and water. It's either sleeping or just sitting. I'm hoping it's just tired from whatever ordeal it experienced.Flock raiser should be fine. Looks like a Rhode Island Red
This makes me happyRIR all the way.
I have 7 RIRs right now.
All look very similar. RIRs are duel purpose, so I understand if you think it looks like a meat bird.
I would guess that it’s over 12 weeks old, even my 14 week old still peeps a tad.
20% feed is great. Thats what mine eat through molt/winter.
I have a meat bird, she’s beautiful and happy. A bit over 6 months old. She laid a HUGE egg today:
