Ok, so I'm kind of new to raising chickens, and I just started to get my first eggs about 2 weeks ago. I've been seeing these white dots in the yolks, but don't know if they are fertilized or not. I have 8 hens and no roosters, so this is kind of puzzling to me. If you need better pictures feel free to tell me, but thanks for the help, because I need it!

Nope not possible the white you're seeing is the actual Egg that would form into a chick should it be fertilized and would then absorb the yolk as it grows. but you can't get chicks w/out a roo :)

Your eggs are not fertile. What you are seeing is the blastodisc. It only becomes a blastoderm when the hen has been fertilised by a Male. As you have no roo your eggs will not be fertile I’m afraid.
