Fertilized egg?

Tails don't mean anything at this age. It's a pullet.

Watch that 14 week old around the others, if it’s a he AND has been covering hens, he will act like it. Or at least be learning how to act dominant and therefore acting different. It does look like a young cockerel to me.
From what I’ve read, it’s VERY unlikely that a rooster in early puberty produces enough sperm to fertilize that many hens, let alone figures out how, OR that the hens would even let him on. (In other words VERY, VERY, VERY unlikely that you have fertile eggs, bullseye or not.) Even if you do have a cockerel.
