That one has squated for me when I get close enough to it. Do roosters do that?I believe your cockerel is the black one, on the ground, in the last picture, between white and silver.
Hens will do that to assert dominance at times. I feel your rooster is the black one with the red wattlesThey are 22 weeks old. I'm sus of marshmallow (the all white one) only because I seen her try to get on one of my other hens but I read sometimes hens do that so idk.
Yes it has a lot of emerald green.I'm not sure, but the wattles definitely look like a cockerel to me and am I seeing some emerald green tinges on the tips of some of the feathers up by the neck?
I'm gonna post a few more photos. Can hens have the emerald green feathers? And I have an EE with a 3 row pea comb.
