Fertilizer Question

My husband is wanting to fertilize our yard. We have one 1 week old and 4 week old back ducklings.

Is it safe to fertilize?

Depends on if you want your birds exposed to the chemicals....
....and what chemicals you want to use.
If you know the chemicals and/or products, you may be able to contact your local ag extension office for poultry specific advice.

Many new poultry owners find themselves facing this dilemma,
chemically enhanced yard or healthier birds and untainted eggs/meat.
It can be a tough decision.

I personally would not allow it...but I have been long opposed to chemically enhanced 'lawns' for other reasons.
