Fertilty

How many weeks should ducks be together when separated from the flock for them to be fertile to one male
Does this post from @sylviethecochin help?
Like chickens, ducks can store sperm for long periods (according to the internet, up to sixteen days), so you'll want to separate your ducks from undersirable drakes at least two and a half weeks before you start collecting eggs for brooding.

If your weather is anything like it is here (Northern PA) then they'll start breeding in late March/early April.
