Feverish lethargic labored breathing not moving

1 year and 4 months old silkie female, coop at night runs free in yard from 6am to 6pm. Found at 2pm to be laying in dust bath not moving at all.
Symptoms are labored breathing
Can't hold up head
Only opens eyes for a few seconds at a time
Flaps wings and kicks legs when I try and move her, but only for a second and then back to floppy bird.
Fever
lethargy

Can't get her to drink or anything
She Laid an egg last night or this morning.
11 other chickens in same grouping all fine.

I feel like she's dying, please help.

Ps one of the eggs I got today was cracked in the laying bed, never saw that before, could that be something? Did it crack inside her?

Did you check her all over for injury or parasites? Could she have gotten into a toxin while free ranging? When was the last time you saw her acting normal?

She may be dehydrated. She must get some water.

Yes that was the same bird. She passed away at 330am this morning. I'm very grateful for Your advice.
