Hey! I am officially a wool freak!

Is there anybody else out there who's into spinning? My mom has learned from a friend, and now I'm hoping to get into it. We've got sheep (Merino, Polypay, Romney) so we get the fun of starting from scratch.

Total wool freak!! I spin and weave with an occasional knitting. Oh and I love felting!!

I would love to learn how to spin. I love needle felting; I'm felting replicas of two of my favorite chicks (lucy, RIR, and ethel, Buff orp) as a gift for my sister.

I haven't tried needle felting only water felting, but I LOVE the mess it makes!!!

Right now we're (I say 'we' not 'my mom' because some of them were my sweaters) making a felted blanket out of old sweaters.

You can get them at Goodwill for like $2 each.
