Fiesty Female

My ducklings turned 1 month old last Friday.
I am thinking that I have 1 female so far out of my 4 ducklings. She is smaller and the first to quack. And a real squealer! She has cut my hands and arms trying to get away from me every time I go to pick her up and she bites; its starting to hurt now that their bills are getting stronger.

So I need some advice about her. Is she going to get more friendly or are females this way?
I've been holding them every day 4-5 times/day since they were born. The others are used to me, no fighting or biting.
But when she gets worked up they all do then.

Not all ducks are going to like to be picked up. My Muscovy ducks have never liked to be picked up yet we have a friendly relationship.
I don't think it is a male vs female thing. If you think a bite from a month old duckling hurts, just wait until they are fully grown.
Perhaps you could try sitting quietly with the ducks without picking anyone up. Let them come to you if they choose to. They may never be cuddly but they are not cats or dogs.
