Fighting Hens

I got 10 hens there all are about 1 1/2 old All they do is fight got 3 hens against 1hen why?

Hen being picked on may have health issues and thus does not act correctly. Odd acting birds sometimes targeted by others.

That make sense I do have 1 bird acting different so what should I do?
