Other than adding another nest box or two, there is not much you can do.
I had 9 hens in high school, 5 nest boxes in the coop. They all laid in two boxes. Sometimes there would be 2 hens in each of the two boxes and a 5th one on the outside fussing, all with 3 other perfectly good nest boxes right there.
Let them sort it out. It might not be pretty but they dont call it pecking order for nothin
