I will pretty much garuntee that it is not, I think it is a very bad type rosecomb leghorn. I have never seen a white wyandotte with type like that. It has yellow legs because it isn't laying yet. It has small white earlobes and wyandottes have red earlobes and lay brown eggs, you said that this one most likely lays white eggs. Wyandottes almost always have small rosecombs this one has a big one which also indicates leghorn. Wyandottes are a very loose feathered breed and there tails are supposed to be almost like a ball and yours is more pointy like a leghorn. LOL I hope I convinced you
