Figuring the dates

I want to be sure I'm figuring the dates correctly for the eggs I've set.

I set turkey eggs on Tuesday, March 23 at 8 p.m.
I plan to set some chicken eggs on Tuesday, March 30 also at 8 p.m.

By my reckoning I should plan to move them to the hatcher on April 18 at about the same time for a hatch date of April 20th.

Is this correct?

That sounds about right. Given temps hold steady you should have little peeps all about the same time.
