    Hi everyone!

I'm producing a low-budget independent short film that's in need of a chicken trainer/wrangler. We have a few scenes that involve chickens and will definitely need the supervision and direction of somebody experienced with chickens on our set!

So I wanted to reach out to this amazing community of chicken owners and enthusiasts to see any of the users would be interested.

I'd really appreciate it if any of you can advise/point me to which sections of the forum would be right for such a request (and my post there will be a lot more detailed and elegant with information on where/when/how many days we're filming, rates, question of whose chickens will be filmed, etc).

Or, where I'd be able to find somebody interested in doing this; we are all Manhattan-based and will be filming in upstate New York if that helps! However, we unfortunately are low-budget and wouldn't be able to pay anything crazy.

Thank you for taking the time to read this! :)

Will the chickens only be partaking in safe scenes where they don't risk injury. BYCERS don't regard them as "just a chicken!"

Thanks for the direction NorthFLChick! :) It looks like a great start. And thank you, I hope so too lol.

And drumstick diva they definitely won't be put in any risk of injury or made to do anything dangerous. If anything we'll need such supervision from an enthusiast/wrangler to make sure that everything we're doing is safe and, if not, how we can make it so!
