Thats a blue.

If you breed it to another blue, you can get blue, black, or splash. If you breed it to a black, you can get black or blue. Blue is really the most versatile variety because you can breed it to three different colors (blue, black,splash.) I dunno, but get the impression that "blue" is not only the most versatile but also has a very wide range of expressions, from very pale to very dark.

Looks to me as if those birds are also blues, but I'm going to stay tuned here and see what anyone else thinks.
