My favorites, I don't know what they're called: they're a kind of cookie bar more than a plain cookie. They have a very soft base layer which is also crumbled on top, followed by a soft chocolate layer and another layer of the base stuff. I suspect it is mostly butter and sugar. On top there is the stuff crumbled, along with chocolate chips and raspberry jam. AMAZING.

I love homemade Ginger Snaps. I make them so that they are a maximum of 1" in diameter and only bake them for a short time so that they still cook on the sheet. Then they are nice and soft and just the right size!
