So as seen the title i got the town bylaw changed! Yay! But theres a cost of $2800.00 what now?? Please help or just talk to me about how OUTRAGEOUS THIS IS!!!!

The cost is 28,00 dollars PER person i almost cried when i read it and its only effective for one person uggh its unbelivable
